Session 1 — The Re-Enrolment Push                                                          

Your warmest prospects are the families who already love your camp. We build the outreach message to bring them back and write the email together, in the session. 

Session 2 — Where You're Losing Families 

We look at your inquiry-to-registration trail together. Where are families going quiet? We find the two or three gaps, pick the most important one, and leave with a plan.      

Session 3 — New Families and the Registration Decision

What actually gets a curious family to commit? We look at what's working for others in the group, and you build the message for the families who haven't said yes yet.             

Session 4 — What Goes Out This Week 

A working session on whatever's most pressing. If something urgent has come up, we bring it here. You leave with something ready to send.

Every session includes fill-in-the-blank templates. You're not doing homework. You're building things in the room that you use before we meet again.                                  

The peer learning in a small cohort often produces as many ideas as the sessions themselves. Directors in the same position, comparing notes, seeing what's working at other camps. That's part of what you're paying for.
